You will work closely with store design and implementation teams, bringing concepts and initiatives to life through collaborative working whilst being comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity. You will:
Produce sales floor plans that reflect the brief instructed by project sponsor, ensuring project model and customer requirements are consistently met. The plans allow for accurate delivery via our implementation teams.
Follow model design guides issued by the model specification team to ensure all plans align to our technical requirements and allow for safe, legal and compliant implementation.
Follow flows and adjacencies models as issued by our commercial teams to ensure a consistent experience for customers and colleagues that maximise sales opportunities.
Check store specific space data to ensure all plans meet our strategic and commercial space requirements.
Where it is not possible to achieve all the above, identify potential solutions that mitigate the customer, operational or commercial risk to allow the project to progress.
Work closely with scheme sponsor to develop the scope for store change, undertaking store visits and attending retail engagement sessions.
Present all store plan proposals to project sponsors and taking on feedback and additional actions or requests where relevant.
Produce accurate data records of confirmed scope for all projects, allowing for accurate implementation across implementation and modular build teams.
Ensure all implemented plans are updated on master plans for future records, increasing accuracy of any future projects for impacted stores.
Work across several format types and project workstreams, from superstores to convenience, single store projects to multiple site projects, building on various skillsets for each.
